What we do
We join the public records the Twin Cities already publish — recorded sales, owners, permits, contamination files, flood zones, assessed values — into one warehouse, and give it away free. For a fixed fee we point it at your own list and a person reads what comes back:
- Site screens for SBA lenders
- Diligence packets for business brokers and buyers
- Weekly work routes for contractors
