One row per business Overture observes on a commercial parcel in this market, ordered by county, city and name. This is a listing rather than a registry: it can say a business was seen at an address, and it can never say an address is empty. More than half this market's commercial sites carry nothing here at all, and that is the reach of our data rather than a vacancy. Our own sector grouping is blank wherever nothing matched, while Overture's own category is present on almost every row. The confidence figure is Overture's belief that the place exists — it is not a score for our join, and it is not a claim that the business is trading today. A row carrying a chain brand is part of a chain.
