How a neighbourhood differs from the typical one
15 measures of who lives in a place and 8 of who works there, for every census tract in both counties, each one set against the median tract in this market. The pair is the point: the typical tract here holds 0.30 jobs per resident and the busiest holds 17.45, which is the difference between a bedroom and a workplace and the thing that decides whether a lunch counter works. Rows are ordered by how far a tract sits from typical, so the first ones are the neighbourhoods that are least like the rest of the metro. Give it an address and the tract you are actually in comes first.
