Every property in Minneapolis licensed to be rented out, with the owner the city holds accountable for it, how many units the licence covers, and the city's own tier. Rows are ordered by licensed units, so the file opens on the largest holdings. The owner's and the applicant's full contact blocks are here as the city publishes them, with a flag for whether those two are the same party.
