  • Which of yours the city has moved above Tier 1 (859 across the city are), and which it marks Delinquent.
  • Whether the applicant on file is you, or whoever filed before you.
  • The 311 calls on each street and what they are about, one row per address, with the reading on top: what to fix before the city writes.
What this cannot tell you

This reads the city's register. It does not inspect a building. DELINQUENT IS THE CITY'S WORD on the day we pull it: a renewal paid that morning may not show yet, and we will not tell you a licence has lapsed when the city only says it is late. THE TIER IS THE CITY'S GRADE and is passed on uninterpreted — what moved a building up is in the city's file, not this one. 311 CALLS ARE COUNTED BY STREET, NOT BY BUILDING, so a call on your block is not a complaint about your property. MINNEAPOLIS ONLY: Saint Paul publishes no equivalent register, so a book across both cities comes back half answered, and the Saint Paul rows say so rather than reading as clean.
