  • Every MPCA file on the parcel, out of 7,149 on record in this market — 3,666 naming a storage tank, 554 carrying a recorded limit on how the land may be used.
  • The adjoining parcels and who owns them — measured off lot geometry, so it is the properties that actually touch yours and never a radius drawn around a dot.
  • One row per site and one per neighbour, as a file, with the reading on top: which of these needs the full report and which does not.
What this cannot tell you

This is a register screen. It is not an RSRA, it is not a Phase I, and it does not meet ASTM E1527-21 — the MPCA publishes no date on any of these files, and a records report you can sign needs dated records. What it does is tell you which sites need the full assessment and which need the records screen, before you order either. AND NO FILE IS NOT A CLEAN BILL: a site with nothing on it is a site the state has never opened a file on, which is a different sentence. That one runs on every row we hand you, not in a footnote.
